OBJECTIVE
Develop a bold and dynamic visual brand that represents designing for connection.
Conexion Studio is an end-to-end all-life centered strategic design studio that uses the power of empathy to drive impact for nonprofits, companies and startups.
They focus on taking projects from problem definition to implementable solutions, and have led projects from working with refugees to innovation bootcamps around the world.
Behind the project is Alex Alden, a multi-faceted Strategic Designer, Acumen Fellow and the President of SINGA Barcelona. The goal of this project is to use design and systems thinking to inspire positive change.
My Role
I teamed up with South African designer, Chanel Janovsky, to create a bold brand that came to life across multiple online and offline platforms.
We helped map out the agency’s values - creativity, collaboration and interconnectivity - and then related them to shapes. These elements can be paired in different ways to create new designs, giving the brand a modern and dynamic feel with a strong sense of innovation.
I was responsible for artistic feedback, client liaison, web design and general project management.
